Refund Policy

If any payment fails and the amount is deducted from your bank account, it will be transferred back to your account by your bank usually within 8-10 days.

If we are unable to deliver the product within the said period of time, the refund will be processed back to the same account from which the payment was made.

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days from the day we receive the product back from the customer. 

In case of any discrepancies on the box contents, the process may take additional 5-6 days.

Customers are advised to make a video of unboxing the product with clarity of sealed box for quick resolution of refund process.

In case any of the box contents are missing, and the customer fails to produce any evidence of the box contents being missing , for e.g., unboxing video, we, smartcctv.in have the right to deny any refund to the customer.
